How to Apply
To apply to the online Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling, students must hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university (or appropriate international equivalent).
To apply, students must provide the following application materials:
- An OU Online application
- A current resume
- Official college transcripts
- A 3.0 GPA is recommended but is not required
- Include a statement of explanation if your GPA is below the recommended GPA of 3.0
- A personal statement
- English proficiency (international students only)
Applicants are not required to take the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) or submit letters of recommendation to apply.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and are reviewed individually by the admissions committee at the Department of Human Relations.
